At Teddy On Tour, every product is made to order through our print-on-demand partner. This means each item is created especially for you — so we’re not able to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as choosing the wrong size, change of mind, or if you simply decide you no longer want the item.

That said, your happiness with Teddy On Tour is important to us, and we will always put things right if there’s a problem with your order.

✅ Refunds & Replacements Are Available If:

  • Your item arrives damaged

  • Your item is misprinted or defective

  • You receive the wrong item

In these cases, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll be happy to arrange a replacement at no cost to you, or issue a refund if preferred.

❌ We Cannot Offer Refunds or Returns For:

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong size/product

  • Delays caused by couriers or customs (outside of our control)
