• Orders are final once placed. Because our products are made-to-order, we cannot accept cancellations once production has started.

• All Teddy On Tour items are print-on-demand, produced individually for each order.

• Product colours and images are shown as accurately as possible, but slight variations may occur due to monitor settings or printing processes.

• We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

3. Shipping

• Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot take responsibility for items sent to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
